I don’t watch as many you tube videos as I used to, but I will definitely give you a quick look see!

I skimmed through a few videos and they all seems like great exercises.  Definitely would be sore!  My only bit of advice I could give you is add in a little energy and music and SMILE! :)  You seem a bit bored in of your videos so hype up the motivation and energy!  Get your viewers going!! :)

I saw your list of links however the logger seems to be more focused on dieting rather than exercise. Here is one of three that I have.  I don’t know why, but it won’t let me upload the other two.  I will find a way to get you the other two.  I like them because it helps you break down your body into different muscle groups.  Gets a litters more specifics and guides you a little better so you know what to focus on depending on your goals.  But here is the general one for now.  

I’m sorry it took so long.  I just moved and I couldn’t find these for the life of me haha.  Plus I still don’t have a computer of my own as of right now… and until I can afford a new one so it’s harder for me to answer questions that involve an actual computer instead of a quick answer on my phone hahaha.

EDIT!  I was able to make a page with all three on it!

The same goes for you; if you have a bad day, or if something bad happens to you, you are not worthless.

if someone crumples you up or steps on you, your worth does not change. You are still just as valuable as you were before.
