So after months of stretching and some flexibility kriyas I was finally able to do splits on both sides.. and decided it was time to try vertically :D but of course I had to use the fridge for some balance and see how deep I could bring up my leg :) next step is without the support of a fridge! That’s amazing, I loved my health classes! They helped so much! You’re definitely exercising enough! But make sure you’re switching things up. For example, if you’re running 30-40 min a day try only running 3 days and the other two split it up between running (or another kind of cardio) and strength. Strength training is very very important. Ease back into it though, you don’t want to re-injure your leg. :)
