By the end of the month? It would be possible, but not healthy. 1-2lbs per week is what is considered a good healthy weight loss. Plus if you lost it that quick, the likelihood that you’ll keep it off is very slim.
At 5’3 Medium build you would have to be between 121-135 to be considered healthy… However remember that the number doesn’t always mean you’re not healthy if you’re over. I’m 5’3 medium and 143. I’m still considered healthy; I’m just really muscular. It really depends on your fat-muscle ratio.
