Don’t Shy Away from Winter Running/Walking!
Here’s Why:
1. The weather is less taxing on the body than heat, so it’s easier to workout.
2. Helps prevent winter weight gain & SAD (seasonal depression).
3. Keeps metabolism revved during winter months to help loose weight and maintain a healthy weight.
AND your body has to burn more calories to keep you warm !
Just remember to wear enough clothes, (especially to cover wrists, throat and ears) so you wont catch a cold.
