Hiya, I just stumbled onto your blog, and i really like it! Basically, I'm a serious sports player, wanting to go professional, so I train for my sport a lot. When I have time, I try to go to the gym as often as possible, so i do quite a lot of workout. But i was just wondering whether you can give me a short-hand way of counting calories eaten or burned through simple calculation rather than through the labels? thanks :D x

I’m not really sure I understand your question. In order to calculate your calorie intake you have to go by the labels to know how many calories to calculate what you ate. Trying to calculate without a label means you’re guesstimating which often leads to incorrect amount.
