i am just getting started on my weightloss after a life of binging, dieting for 3 days, then binging again. (guess the good thing is i didn't purge, never liked throwing up.) my dad was an alcoholic for the first 16 years of my life and my mom got sick with ALS and died when I was 19. I was drowning in self pity and always wanted to work to lose weight. I was surfing around on the internet and found your site a month ago. It's my morning stop for motivation and gets me going.
