1 red onion
1 green bell pepper
1 can of black olives

Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves of diced garlic
4 leaves of fresh basil or 1 teaspoon basil spice
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

approx 250 calories per serving
